Ford Hybrids are very reliable. I haven't heard of any major issues with them. I had one for a year as a company car and put 16k on it with no issues averaging 45 MPG (mostly highway). SYNC (non touchscreen) is great, never had an issue. What people complain about is MyFord Touch, the Microsoft Sure, the Windstar has its problems but at least it's better than the F-150.
